A mystery series about experiences of members of the Division of Detectives of Kukki Police Department, Kukki City, Shimokitazawa Prefecture. Most episodes are divided into two parts of “investigation” and “solution”, although later episodes deviated from this formula.
In addition to each individual cases of the story, there is also an underlying story arc that surrounds the mysterious characters lurking in the shadows.
