MDCN

MDCN, or Gomi/Garbage is the Medicine Melancholy that appears in Cookie☆OG. She is not related to the voice drama Gomi☆.

She appears only once as a tiny background character, roughly drawn and in rear view, during the the flower field part. Since she is so unnoticeable, she might as well be a waste bag. Funnily enough, since Medicine Melancholy is also a youkai of a trown-away doll, the name Gomi/"trash" is not too far off.

In Cookie☆ Storyboard, she is facing forward and looks like a small child tagging with a guitar along after Yuuka, but this idea was not used in the final product.

Fictional Portrayals

She's a relatively rare character, usually appearing isolated in the background. Her appearance is varying on the creator – sometimes she's depicted with a hoodie and zipper, sometimes even with circular joints (like Medicine Melancholy). Perhaps in relation to Cookie☆ Storyboard, she is often paired with Makota.
