Arrow-kun is a symbol appearing in Cookie☆OG used for symbolizing the movement of Alice's arm when she changes the topic to about the brownies she brought. It is a slightly different arrow than the one in Cookie☆ Storyboard. Perhaps it was meant to animate the arm in the voice drama.
