Yukimura Risakura, also known as Fishing-aunt or Genpatsu/Nuclear-aneki, is the voice actress for Sakuya Izayoi in the original Cookie☆. Her character appeared in the voice drama's post-credit scene and became the last scene of the whole video.

Sakuya is one of the main characters of the original voice drama alongside Marisa. However, in contrast to Reimu's role being overrepresented due to most watchers failing to make it past the beginning, Sakuya's prominent roles have been largely overlooked because they occurred in the later part of the drama that few watchers actually get to. The one exception is the last scene featuring Sakuya's smiling face saying the line "Yeah, thanks". Due to the rough art style of the smile, it became the main impression of her character to the Cookie☆ fandom. Ironically, Yukimura's scene is the only direct kissing scene for a voice drama titled "Cookie Kiss".

In the community, Yukimura's original credit name is rarely used as compared to the many nicknames she received, including "Fishing Kichi Auntie" (釣りキチおばさん, perhaps because of confusion with "Sanpei Fishin"), Yakuza-aneki (893姉貴), and Genpatsu, or Nuclear-aneki (原発姉貴, due to her participation in anti-nuclear activism).
